Data Deletion

Last updated 16 September 2026

How to delete your data

You can ask Speed2Lead LLC to delete the data we hold about you or your business at any time, for any reason, at no cost. Here is exactly how.

1. Disconnect the Meta connection (stops further access immediately)

In the Speed2Close dashboard, open your account settings and choose Disconnect on the Meta connection.

You can also do this from Meta's side, which works even if you cannot sign in to the dashboard: go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find Speed2Close Integration, and select Remove.

Either route revokes our access token straight away. We can no longer read anything from your ad account from that moment on.

2. Email us to delete what we already hold

Disconnecting stops new data arriving; it does not erase what was already collected. To have that erased, email dacoda@speed2lead.io with the subject Data deletion request, and tell us:

  • The business name on the account
  • The email address you use to sign in, or the Meta ad account ID
  • Whether you want everything deleted, or only the Meta advertising data

We will confirm receipt, verify you are authorised to make the request, and confirm in writing once it is done.

3. What happens, and when

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • The stored Meta access token and the ad account connection record
  • Cached advertising performance data: campaign, ad set and ad metrics, and stored creative
  • Written performance analysis and audits generated from that data
  • CRM reporting data we collected about your contacts and pipeline
  • Your dashboard account and login access

What we may keep, and why

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or where we need it to defend a legal claim — for example invoices and payment records, and security logs. These are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose.

Deleting data from our systems does not delete anything held by Meta or by your CRM provider. Those are separate services with their own controls and their own deletion processes.

If you are not the account holder

If you believe we hold personal information about you through a business we work with, email us anyway. We will either action it or put you in touch with that business, which is the party responsible for the data.
