Speed2Lead LLC (trading as Speed2Close, “we”, “us”) provides marketing and CRM services to fitness studios and similar local businesses. This policy covers the Speed2Close client dashboard at speed2close.com and the data it handles on behalf of those businesses.
Our clients are businesses, not consumers. The dashboard has no public sign-up: accounts are created by us for our clients and our own staff.
Account information. Name and email address of each person we give a login to, and which client business they belong to.
Advertising data from Meta. When a client connects their Meta ad account, we read — and only read — reporting data for that ad account:
We request the ads_read permission only. We cannot create, edit, pause or publish ads, change budgets, or spend money, and we do not request permission to do so.
CRM data. For clients whose CRM we manage, we read contact records, opportunity pipeline stages, appointment activity and message history from their CRM in order to report on lead handling and produce performance audits.
Information clients give us. Onboarding answers, calendar availability, campaign copy, support tickets and any files attached to them.
We use automated analysis to turn advertising and CRM data into written recommendations. This analysis informs the advice we give the client; it does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about any individual.
We do not sell data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract:
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims. Each client's data is kept separate, and one client can never see another client's data.
Advertising and CRM reporting data is retained for as long as we provide services to that client, so historical performance remains comparable, and for up to 12 months after the engagement ends. Access tokens are deleted as soon as a connection is removed. You can ask us to delete data sooner — see Data Deletion.
A client can disconnect their Meta ad account at any time from the dashboard, or by removing Speed2Close from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. Disconnecting stops all further access immediately.
Access tokens and API keys are stored server-side, are never sent to the browser, and are readable only by our backend. Access to the dashboard requires a Google sign-in on an account we have explicitly granted. Staff-only areas are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Because we usually process this data on behalf of a client business, we may need to refer your request to that business.
This service is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell clients directly if the change is significant.
